Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams with people leadership and talent development.
• Experience delivering complex technology initiatives with multiple teams and partners.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into engineering roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and end-to-end SDLC.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams and prioritizing risks and dependencies.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, application development, CI/CD, and security.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers through regular feedback and growth opportunities.
• Deliver secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
• Translate requirements into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.

• Evaluate solutions with business leaders and architects to drive informed technology decisions.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, managing risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Establish and improve engineering standards, documentation, and operational processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in team effectiveness, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Provide updates to senior leaders on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture and support career growth.
