Job summary

DAC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) to drive end-to-end staffing across North America. You will lead senior and strategic searches, optimize sourcing channels, and manage recruiting systems and processes to differentiate the organization in a competitive market.

You will partner with Directors to develop innovative talent strategies, enhance candidate experience, and build robust pipelines while ensuring compliance with employment laws across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience sourcing active and passive candidates
• Knowledge of employment laws in jurisdictions DAC operates
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

Responsibilities

• Lead senior and strategic searches for North America
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies
• Manage recruitment processes and tools including ATS
• Engage candidates and build talent pipelines
• Collaborate with Directors to develop recruitment strategy
