Job summary

BPA in Canada is seeking a Talent Business Partner to shape hiring strategies across multiple regions. You will lead full recruitment lifecycle, build proactive sourcing and strong talent pipelines, and advise leaders with labour market insights.

You will collaborate with HR Partners to deliver an integrated employee experience and support employer branding initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree in HR, 5–7 years in Talent Acquisition or executive search, and bilingual English/French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; CHRP designation is an asset.
• 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or Strategic Recruitment.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience supporting multiple business units or geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in proactive sourcing, headhunting and relationship management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and advise leaders.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and other recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders across Canada.
• Shape hiring strategies and deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning through offer acceptance.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing and executive search strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple disciplines and regions.
• Provide labour market intelligence and strategic hiring recommendations to leaders.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to deliver an integrated employee experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Leverage recruitment metrics and market insights to optimize hiring strategies.
