Job summary

Drake International in Shelburne, ON, is seeking a Sales Manager for a growing precast concrete manufacturer. You will develop new business, build relationships with contractors, developers, builders and municipalities, and drive revenue across residential, commercial, and infrastructure markets.

Working with the General Manager, you will lead day-to-day sales activities, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development in construction materials or precast concrete.
• Proven ability to develop new business and maintain relationships.
• Knowledge of tendering, drawings, layouts, or engineering product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities and customer communications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, builders, and municipalities.
• Meet or exceed sales budgets and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across residential, commercial, and infrastructure markets.
• Prepare preliminary estimates, proposals, and quotations timely.
• Coordinate with GM on sales strategy and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams on project timelines and specs.
• Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and trade shows.
• Maintain records of leads, opportunities, forecasts, and closed business.
