Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth, market share, and long-term customer loyalty.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Identify opportunities to expand Finning's rental products, services, and solutions within assigned accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Product Support, and Leadership to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Lead complex negotiations and commercial discussions that support mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor customer performance, industry trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Champion Finning's rental value proposition and strengthen customer partnerships.
