Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Canada seeks a Real Estate Transaction Manager to oversee ongoing management of a defined portfolio for corporate clients. You will lead lease negotiations, renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions to meet client timelines.

This role requires coordinating brokers, preparing analyses, and collaborating with Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Implements real estate plans aligned to the client's strategic goals.
• Negotiate lease terms for land, office, retail and industrial properties.
• Coordinate field brokers, subject matter experts, and business partners.
• Draft analyses and documents such as market reports, RFPs, and LOIs.
• Negotiate new leases, amendments, and renewals within deadlines.
• Review financial analyses (NPV, etc.) to inform client decisions.
• Collaborate with Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance teams.
• Prepare transaction reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with provincial real estate requirements and CBRE policies.
• Assist in resolving landlord and tenant disputes.
• Other duties may be assigned.
