Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Managing Director, Head of Canada Operations to steer the Canadian Property Management platform, reporting to Executive Leadership and accountable for operational, financial, and service delivery performance across Canada.

The role leads Senior Directors of Operations, builds a high-performing leadership team, and drives transformation initiatives to deliver improved efficiency for clients and CBRE. A senior leadership position within CBRE Canada.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
At least 15 years of relevant experience with leadership responsibilities.
Proven track record in multi-site or multi-region property/asset management.

Responsibilities

Lead three Senior Directors of Operations and all PM/Operations teams across Canada.
Build and sustain a diverse leadership team to improve service delivery and client relationships.
Identify opportunities to transform operations for efficiency and value.
Develop platform strategies, priorities, and annual budget for the Canadian PM business.
Deliver Canadian operations to meet contractual performance metrics.
Communicate with executive management and clients about performance and strategy.
