Job summary

Colliers in Toronto, ON is seeking a Transaction Manager to support our brokerage team with client relationship management, lease transactions, and financial analysis.

You will review lease agreements, perform cash flow analyses in Excel, and contribute to RFP responses while maintaining strong client relations in a fast-paced, hybrid 4-days-in-office role.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of transaction management experience, a valid real estate license, and a degree in business or finance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of transaction management/coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related.
• Valid real estate license.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage lease transaction/tenant representations with the support of senior brokers.
• Provide comprehensive analysis on hundreds of client leases and summarize findings.
• Perform cash flow analyses in Excel.
• Review, negotiate and draft terms of commercial real estate lease agreements.
• Support RFP and proposal responses related to transaction management.
