Job summary

Townline Homes is seeking a Proposal Manager to organize and drive the company’s bid and presentation efforts, ensuring a consistent Townline voice across proposals and collateral. You will partner with marketing and operations to deliver compelling responses that win work.

The role requires strong technical writing, project coordination, and graphic collaboration, with leadership to manage timelines, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of construction or real estate experience with proposal and presentation success.
• Solid technical writing skills and ability to work with design teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and craft proposal designs to showcase project positioning.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing to align branding.
• Manage RFQ/P/RFP responses and timelines.
• Lead proposal timelines, resourcing, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with graphic specialists on templates and collateral.
• Measure KPIs and analyze win rates.
