Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, proposal management, or communications.
• Experience leading complex RFP, RFQ, and qualifications submissions.
• Strong understanding of procurement and pursuit planning.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Advanced graphic design and data visualization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the firm’s proposal and interview processes.
• Collaborate to identify, evaluate, track, and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop pursuit strategies, workback schedules, and submission plans.
• Coordinate deliverables from internal teams, consultants and partners.
• Manage proposal production, including content, design, layout, and QC.
• Develop graphics, infographics, and materials for submissions.
• Coordinate interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.
• Maintain proposal tracking and marketing asset libraries.
• Monitor industry trends to inform pursuit planning.
