Job summary

Lifemark Health Group in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement. This hybrid role focuses on strategic sourcing, cost optimization, supplier performance and commercial negotiations to maximize enterprise value.

You will analyze current spend, lead vendor negotiations, and develop procurement strategies with clinics and corporate cost centres, reporting to the VP Finance and leadership.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement or similar.
• 5+ years proven experience in a procurement role.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze spend across clinics and corporate costs to identify savings.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead vendor selection, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with teams to forecast demand and manage inventory.
• Provide updates to leadership and manage cost-driven initiatives.
• Liaise with finance, legal and operations on procurement matters.
