Job summary

Caseware, a leading Canadian fintech firm, seeks a Senior Manager for Procurement & Procurement Operations to own and evolve the global procurement function. The role leads strategy, governance, and supplier management, and modernizes operations with AI, data, and automation across software licenses and services.

The successful candidate will negotiate complex agreements, build scalable processes, and drive procurement excellence in a growing SaaS environment, with a hybrid Toronto base.

Qualifications

• Experience building procurement operating models.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations.
• Experience with procurement technology, CLM, spend analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement strategy, operating model, and roadmap.
• Lead high-value sourcing initiatives from requirements to vendor selection.
• Develop category strategies balancing value, risk, and scalability.
• Build centralized contract and vendor repository with DOA alignment.
• Drive procurement automation and AI roadmap and analytics.
• Partner with Legal, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to integrate processes.
