Job summary

Caseware is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement & Procurement Operations to own and scale our global procurement function. You will build strategy, governance, and technology to modernize procurement across the organization, including supplier management and AI-driven processes.

You will lead complex negotiations, manage SaaS licenses, and implement data-driven procurement analytics in a growing global technology environment, with a hybrid Toronto-based work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management in SaaS/tech.
• Proven experience leading complex, high-value negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SaaS licensing, renewals, and spend analytics.
• Experience building procurement governance, DOA, and procurement KPI frameworks.
• Experience implementing procurement tech and automation, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement strategy, operating model, and roadmap to scale with the business.
• Lead sourcing from requirements to vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, and vendor management.
• Develop category strategies balancing value, risk, and objectives.
• Build centralized renewal management and vendor lifecycle programs.
• Develop analytics dashboards and executive reporting for spend and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to integrate procurement into enterprise workflows.
