Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT procurement, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Experience across sourcing to payment and KPI tracking.
• Proven contract negotiation and lifecycle management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with legal and cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems and major vendors (Google, Amazon, Workday, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Lead the full procurement lifecycle from vendor selection to payment.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on RFX procurements.
• Manage contract renewals and negotiations with legal and security.
