Job summary

Enverus is seeking a highly driven Principal Consultant to join our Power & Renewables customer success team in the United States or Canada. As a strategic advisor, you will minimize churn by engaging clients, drive adoption, and collaborate with sales and success teams to tailor engagements that align with client goals.

You will facilitate solution integration to enhance workflows, expand usage, and build long-term partnerships across multiple accounts, including onboarding and training

Qualifications

• Experience consulting with enterprise clients and driving value outcomes.
• Ability to present data and methodologies clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record in customer success or strategic advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Learn Enverus advanced analytics capabilities and the Power & Renewables suite.
• Assist in strategic account pursuits and independently present data and methodologies.
• Define onboarding strategies for multiple accounts and users.
• Help train new Principal Consultants on client engagement best practices.
• Deepen client relationships and expand active user base within accounts.
• Provide product feedback to development teams with rationale for enhancements.
• Lead product overviews to client groups irrespective of persona.
• Plan on-site or virtual learning events and refresher meetings.
• Support renewals with the account sales team.
• Promote Enverus brand awareness and long-term engagement.
