Stantec is seeking a Project Management Lead in Calgary, Alberta, to drive consistent delivery across the Energy and Resources business line. The role includes leading project managers, coordinating training, and aligning with the PM framework while supporting recruitment and development.

The incumbent will contribute to proposals, strengthen client relationships, manage budgets and risks, and ensure HSSE practices across multiple teams and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of progressive project leadership experience.
• Proven success delivering large multidisciplinary energy projects.
• Strong financial acumen and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent project management practices aligned with the PM framework.
• Oversee PMs, recruiting, development, and training to build capability.
