Job summary

Stantec in Edmonton, Alberta, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for water infrastructure projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering water conveyance, treatment, and flood protection projects for public and private clients across Western Canada.

The role emphasizes PM leadership, financial oversight, quality control, and mentoring staff while advancing marketing and client relations for ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Proven PM on water infrastructure projects.
• Experience with provincial, municipal, irrigation or industrial clients in Alberta/Western Canada.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of multi-disciplinary delivery for water projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multi-disciplinary water projects of varying size and complexity.
• Lead multi-disciplinary report and proposal writing.
• Set project scope, budgets and schedules for teams.
• Serve as client liaison to secure approvals and manage expectations.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
