Qualifications

• Progressive HR or HRBP experience in large, complex org.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in matrixed environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Experience with workforce planning, org design, talent management or business transformation.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent relationship-building, advisory, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Workday experience preferred.
• CHRP/CHRL designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with growth objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and inform actions.
• Advise on organizational effectiveness, team design, and change management.
• Support enterprise transformation and navigate change.
• Champion inclusive leadership and a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with COEs and GCCs to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of people processes.
