Job summary

Collabera in Toronto is seeking a detail-oriented finance support specialist to handle escalations, process bill payments (CRA and insurance), and assist a team of 7 across Account Payments and Data Team.

You will use systems ServiceLink, ClientLink, Berton BankWires, BTS and BTS GUI; maintain procedures, meet SLAs, and work overtime during peak periods.

The role includes payroll processing and ROEs for Service Canada, building Excel reports, and supporting monthly, quarterly activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing daily tasks along with ServiceLink requests.
• Process oil royalties within different timeframes, monthly or quarterly.
• Process monthly and quarterly taxes received from different businesses and import information from one system to the next.
• Process ongoing daily tasks and diaries from ClientLink, wires, cheque requests, and bill payments.
• Handle third‑party mutual funds and reconciliations of account holdings for estates and trusts.
• Maintain and update various Excel sheets.
• Process bill payments for different vendors.
• Assist with monthly, bi‑weekly, and weekly payroll, including submission of source deductions to different government offices, along with payments for executors and scholarships.
• Process ROEs for Service Canada.
