Job summary

Affirm, Inc. seeks a Partner Marketing Lead to coordinate co-marketing initiatives with merchants across North America.

You will plan and execute cross-channel campaigns—onsite, offsite, and affiliate—aimed at driving revenue growth, GMV, and new user acquisition. You will collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Product, Growth Marketing, Brand, and Legal to build trusted partner relationships and deliver impactful campaigns that improve lifetime value and performance across home, fitness,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Partner, Performance, Affiliate, or Product Marketing.
• Experience building plans and launching marketing programs across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPC, CPL, CPM models and attribution.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Excellent collaboration across cross-functional teams in NA markets.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of full-funnel co-marketing campaigns across onsite, offsite, and affiliate channels.
• Build and nurture daily relationships with merchant partners to drive performance.
• Contribute to strategy and campaign performance to grow revenue and GMV.
• Coordinate media plans, briefs, and content with internal teams and agencies.
• Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
• Coordinate RFP responses and marketing plans for prospective partners.
