The PUR Company is hiring a Paid Social & Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid social and digital media campaigns that drive brand awareness, acquisition, and sales growth.

You'll own day-to-day execution across platforms like Meta, Google/YouTube, and TikTok, and work closely with the broader growth, social, creative, and e-commerce teams (including Amazon and retail media) to turn performance data into better campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on paid social/digital advertising experience.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Marketing Platform; TikTok is a plus.
• Strong data and reporting skills; advanced Excel.
• Understanding full-funnel media strategy and ROAS targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
• Own campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, bidding, and real-time optimization to hit ROAS and conversions.
• Monitor performance, derive insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to test and iterate ad creative.
• Build reporting dashboards and present results to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with e-commerce and retail media teams to align paid social with growth initiatives.
• Stay current on platform updates and new formats.
