You will manage multi-million-dollar monthly budgets, optimize strategies, and collaborate with creative and analytics teams to turn data into action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads with large spend management.
• Experience overseeing multiple accounts/brands concurrently.
• Knowledge of CRO, funnel analysis, and landing-page testing.
• Familiarity with Meta Conversions API and server-side tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own user acquisition results across multiple client accounts.
• Set performance goals with clients and leadership; monitor progress.
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and programmatic platforms.
• Manage multi-million-dollar monthly media budgets; adjust spend for performance.
• Build and refine measurement through attribution, cohort, and lifetime-value analysis.
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
