Job summary

Southlake Health is seeking an OD & Consultant to lead programs aligning with talent management, leadership development, and change management within a healthcare context.

Reporting to the Organization Development and Change Manager, you will design, deliver, and evaluate initiatives, collaborate across teams, and drive engagement and recognition. Hybrid work options and progressive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Organization Development, Adult Education, Human Resources or equivalent.
• Certification in change management (PROSCI) or related.
• Advanced facilitation skills for large and small groups.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated OD experience.
• Healthcare inter-professional service model experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate OD programs and services.
• Align Leadership Development with Organizational Development programming.
• Design and implement innovative organization-wide development strategies.
• Embed employee engagement and recognition within the culture.
• Communicate clearly and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Partner with internal communications to support program rollout.
• Apply competency-based performance and talent development strategies.
• Coach and present to diverse audiences.
