Southlake Health is seeking an OD & Consultant to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate programs supporting talent management, leadership development, performance management, and change initiatives.

Reporting to the Organization Development and Change Manager, the role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decisions, and effective facilitation across teams in a healthcare setting, with a hybrid work arrangement where applicable.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in Organization Development, Adult Education, or Human Resources.
• Certification in change management (PROSCI) and related facilitation skills.
• Experience delivering soft skills training virtually and in person.
• Minimum five years in Organization Development or related role.
• Knowledge of healthcare inter-professional service model preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates knowledge of OD theory, methodologies and tools, including change management and leadership development.
• Aligns Leadership Development with Organizational Development programs.
• Designs, plans, implements and evaluates new organization-wide development strategies.
• Implements tools to boost employee engagement and recognition.
• Utilizes analytics to drive results.
• Builds relationships and communicates clearly in writing.
• Partners with internal communications to plan engagement materials.
• Expertise in competency-based performance systems and talent development.
• Coaches, facilitates, and presents to diverse audiences.
