Job summary

Staples Canada is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to strengthen organizational effectiveness by partnering with leadership across all levels. You will apply strong communication, planning, and analytical skills to drive development initiatives.

In this role you will analyze, design, develop, implement, and measure OD programs to enable strategic goals and improve performance across business units. Collaborate with HR to embed changes and monitor impact over time.
