Job summary

Desjardins in Canada is seeking a senior management professional to lead a large subset of sales or operations and support functions. You will oversee the administrative group's service offer, develop the business plan, and drive results while ensuring member and client satisfaction.

You will build talent, implement action plans, and lead change management, with a focus on engagement, diversity and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Nine years of relevant experience, including three in management.
• Other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
• Advanced proficiency of English due to duties or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the supervisor with work organization, planning and initiatives.
• Develop and track the unit’s action plan aligned with organizational strategy.
• Establish management practices to support change, talent retention and engagement.
• Define activities for the unit's services and ensure projects deliver results.
• Monitor individual and team performance to improve processes.
• Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values and conduct business intelligence.
