Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• CHRP/CHRL designation or active pursuit considered an asset.
• 2–5 years in labour relations, HR, legal support, or related environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare comprehensive arbitration and grievance case files.
• Conduct targeted research on collective agreement language.
• Draft clear, concise case summaries and briefing notes.
