Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive labour relations experience in a unionized environment.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment and labour legislation.
• Proven negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise leaders on complex labour relations matters.
• Interpret and apply collective agreements, policies, and legislative requirements.
• Lead grievance resolution through mediation and trend analysis.
• Support collective bargaining preparation and implementation.
• Build trusted relationships with union partners and employees.
