Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is seeking a Labour Relations Manager in Regina, SK.

The role provides strategic and hands-on leadership for workplace relations, advising leaders and employees on employment practices, performance, investigations, and legislation. The position leads administration and interpretation of collective agreements, supports grievances, negotiations, mediation, and arbitration, and ensures compliance with Saskatchewan employment laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in labour/employee relations and collective bargaining.
• Ability to advise leaders on workplace relations and employment practices.
• Familiarity with Saskatchewan employment and labour legislation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for union reps and bargaining units.
• Interpret and administer collective agreements for leaders and staff.
• Prepare for and assist in collective bargaining with leadership and legal counsel.
• Develop bargaining strategies and costing models based on market data.
• Maintain bargaining files and historical records for negotiations.
• Manage grievance and arbitration processes from start to resolution.
• Represent the organization in mediation/arbitration proceedings.
• Track grievances, settlements, and labour relations trends.
• Provide guidance on workplace concerns and employee conduct matters.
• Lead investigations into complaints of harassment, discrimination, or policy violations.
