Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive labour relations experience in unionized environments.
• Experience leading collective bargaining negotiations.
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives in unionized settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership and oversight of labour relations.
• Lead collective bargaining negotiations with unions, including strategy and mandate development.
• Oversee grievances, mediations, arbitrations and labour disputes.
• Provide leadership for workplace investigations and risk mitigation.
• Monitor labour relations metrics and prepare executive briefings and recommendations.
