Winchesters in Downtown Toronto is seeking an IT Sourcing Manager for a 12-month contract to lead end-to-end procurement of complex IT infrastructure and software.

Hybrid role with 3 days in office. You will negotiate high-value multi-million-dollar deals, present options to senior leadership, and partner with Legal and Cyber Security to manage risk while optimizing cost, SLAs, and long-term roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Extensive end-to-end IT procurement experience, focused on infrastructure or software.
• Experience negotiating high-value multi-million dollar deals.
• Ability to present options to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for IT categories with long-term roadmaps.
• Lead negotiations to drive favorable pricing, scalability, and performance terms.
• Redline and negotiate contract language protecting SLAs, liability and multi-year commitments.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with Legal and Cyber Security to identify risks and ensure business continuity.
