Job summary

Caseware is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement & Procurement Operations to own and scale our global procurement function from its Toronto hybrid office. The role reports to the General Counsel and drives strategy, governance, and supplier management for software licenses, SaaS, and services.

The successful candidate will bring 8-10 years in procurement, strong commercial judgment, and expertise building procurement processes in a growing global tech or SaaS organization.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in procurement or related roles.
• Experience building procurement capabilities and governance.
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
• Experience with SaaS/cloud procurement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve procurement strategy, operating model, and roadmap.
• Lead high-value sourcing from requirements to vendor selection and contracting.
• Develop category strategies balancing value, risk, and objectives.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, vendor evaluations, and commercial assessments.
• Partner with senior leaders to align procurement with business priorities.
• Build renewal management, license, and vendor lifecycle processes.
