Qualifications

• Able to operate independently with minimal leadership support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth and value realization through outcome-focused engagements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention, manage renewals, and mitigate churn risk.
• Coordinate service delivery, escalations, and billing inquiries across CN teams.
• Lead value discussions with key stakeholders and maintain stakeholder maps.
• Oversee transition from deployment to steady state with proper cadence.
• Represent CN in customer meetings and drive adoption of self-service options.
