Job summary

JOHNSON SERVICE GROUP seeks a Senior Business and Change Management Analyst to provide strategic business analysis, organizational change management, process improvement, BI, and application support for the Appeals Commission for Workers Compensation. The role partners with IT and business stakeholders to deliver initiatives from initiation to post-deployment stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in developing integrated plans and reporting to senior executives.
• 5+ years helping clients execute strategies via tech, processes and IT operations.
• 5+ years in a project management role.
• 5+ years creating project documents to meet content management requirements.
• 5+ years collaborating with stakeholders internal and external.
• 5+ years applying agile, waterfall, Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• 5+ years cross-functional teams aligning design with product vision.
• 5+ years leadership defining scope, roadmaps and governance for projects.
• 5+ years leading governance, change management and comms activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects from inception through implementation to improve services.
• Conduct discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and business needs assessments.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop business cases, process maps, user stories and use cases.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Support development, testing, implementation and maintenance of systems.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure solutions meet objectives.
• Facilitate UAT, readiness assessments, and implementation activities.
• Assist PM in risk identification and mitigation planning.
