Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects from inception through implementation to ensure improved program and service delivery aligns with divisional and organizational priorities.
• Conduct discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business needs assessments to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop business cases, process maps, user stories, use cases, and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams, technical resources, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and readiness assessments, and support implementation activities.
