Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Senior Business Analyst / Change Management Lead for a remote, 12-month contract to support two strategic enterprise technology initiatives. The role covers business analysis, stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, process design, communications, training, and operational readiness across SASE and NAC programs.

Experience with complex IT infrastructure, cybersecurity programs, and ServiceNow initiatives is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business analysis on large IT programs and enterprise transformations.
• Proven ability to map workflows, manage requirements, and engage stakeholders.
• Knowledge of network/security projects (SASE, ZTNA, SD-WAN, NAC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements across multiple workstreams.
• Design future state processes and RTMs; support solution design.
• Lead change management activities, including communications and training.
• Coordinate readiness activities and transition to operations.
• Engage stakeholders and report benefits realization to leadership.
