Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Public Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 4+ years in Business Analysis, Change Management, or Process Improvement.
• IIBA Certification or equivalent.
• Certified Change Management Professional (Prosci, ACMP, CMI, APMG).
• About 5 years in complex initiative planning and organizational change.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Senior leadership engagement and project governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects from initiation through implementation and post-deployment stabilization.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and business needs assessments.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop business cases, process maps, user stories, use cases, and project documentation.
• Analyze current-state processes and recommend improvements.
• Support application development, enhancement, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Facilitate UAT, business readiness assessments, and implementation activities.
• Support project planning, governance, status reporting, risk management, and delivery.
• Develop organizational change strategies and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
• Develop communication, engagement, resistance management, coaching, and training plans.
• Partner with leaders to drive adoption and implementation.
• Support leadership in managing resistance and reinforcing desired behaviors.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and change-related sessions.
• Develop sponsor engagement roadmaps and stakeholder communication strategies.
• Analyze business performance measures and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support operational and business planning initiatives.
• Develop recommendations and implementation approaches for senior leadership.
• Translate complex business needs into practical technology and process solutions.
• Support business intelligence, reporting, and performance measurement initiatives.
