Job summary

Azelis Holding S.A. in Toronto, Canada, is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee procurement and delivery of designated suppliers’ products, including POs, transportation, customs clearance and receiving, ensuring service levels and regulatory compliance.

You will act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams, perform ERP data entry in Chempax, manage supplier pricing and order acknowledgements, and support product managers to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with suppliers to ensure a premier supplier experience with Azelis.
• Generate and review replenishment IDs to determine stock requirements and ensure timely purchases.
• Enter Purchase Orders in Chempax ERP and send to Suppliers; follow up on holds.
• Coordinate with carriers for timely pick-up and delivery of stock; obtain quotes and minimize costs.
• Interact with Customs Brokers; prepare required customs documents to avoid clearance delays.
• Provide Arrival Notices and documentation to Azelis warehouses to ensure prompt receipt of stock.
• Accurately enter Inventory Receipts in the ERP; ensure CofA documentation is available.
• Maintain supplier information in ERP (pricing, contact, requirements) and review PO ETA/ship dates.
• Link open customer orders to POs and monitor Open Order Report to prevent missed shipments.
• Manage invoicing for Direct Orders; update customer ETAs and handle after-sales service related to returns, credits, and supplier issues.
• Contribute to standardization of procedures; back up CS/IM and share best practices across locations.
