Job summary

Celestica Inc. in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain 2 to lead a high‑performing SCM team. You will drive demand and inventory planning, collaborate with Purchasing, SLM, and engineering to meet customer requirements and optimize turns.

Responsibilities include overseeing MPS, FIA, ROP/SS parameters, and the SIOP process, while developing processes, metrics, and training to improve supply chain performance and on‑time delivery. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Materials Management, Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of SIOP, MRP/ERP, and Kinaxis is required.

Responsibilities

• Drives team to manage material shortages to ensure Build to Clear in collaboration with Purchasing/SLM.
• Liaises between customer project management and internal departments on new product requirements.
• Ensures timely and accurate demand management and MPS planning.
• Maintains proper inventory controls including excess, obsolete items and disposition.
• Leads the SIOP process and drives continuous improvements in SCM.
