Job summary

Azelis is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee procurement and delivery of supplier products in support of business goals. You will manage POs, transportation, customs clearance and receiving, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.

You will serve as liaison between suppliers and product managers, enter ERP data, and provide after-sales support as needed to keep service levels high. This role requires timely, cost-effective actions and a proactive approach to improve processes

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and purchase order processing.
• Ability to coordinate transportation, customs, and receiving.
• Strong liaison between suppliers and internal teams.
• Attention to regulatory requirements and timely, cost-effective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure exceptional supplier experience.
• Generate and review replenishment IDs to determine stock needs.
• Enter POs into Chempax ERP and send to suppliers.
• Coordinate carrier selection and freight to minimize costs.
• Provide customs clearance documentation to avoid delays.
• Accurately enter inventory receipts and maintain supplier pricing data.
