Job summary

Superior Sany Solutions, a division of Imperial Brady Canada, is seeking a Buyer for inventory replenishment across Joliette and Anjou, QC. You will manage stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with multiple warehouses to optimize service levels.

The role is a 12-month temporary contract with hybrid work, requiring bilingual English and French, strong analytical skills, and a 4-year degree in logistics or related field. Prior buyer experience in high-volume distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned inventory to maximize turnover and service level.
• Replenishment planning: demand forecasting, lead time forecasting, order frequency analysis, service level analysis.
• Inventory performance management using procurement data warehouses and other tools.
• Analyzes inventory needs and places purchase orders accordingly.
• Generates Stock POs as required.
• Resolves PO and invoice discrepancies.
• Expedites inbound stock from vendors.
• Executes tactical buy-ins.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

Superior Sany Solutions, a division of Imperial Brady Canada, leading national distributor, has a job open in Joliette and Anjou, QC. Manages inventory replenishment within multiple warehouses for assigned vendors with a goal of maximizing inventory investment while supporting service level expectations. Maintains replenishment parameters and prepares replenishment forecasts. Participates in special Supply Chain projects.

This position is a temporary contract for 1 year (12 months).

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned inventory to maximize performance (from both a turn and service level perspective) and minimize obsolescence. Includes:
• Replenishment planning: demand forecasting, lead time forecasting, order frequency analysis, service level analysis
• Inventory performance management: analyze data using procurement data warehouses and othertools.
• Analyzes inventory needs and place purchase orders accordingly for general and customer dedicatedstock.
• Generates Stock PO as required
• Resolves PO and mill invoicediscrepancies.
• Expedites inbound stock fromvendors.
• Executes tactical buy-ins.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
