Fountain Tire is hiring an HR Advisor - Recruitment to partner with hiring managers across Canada. You will coach on strategies, build pipelines, and enhance recruitment tools for consistent, high-quality hiring. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill roles and shape our employer brand across channels.

You’ll monitor labour-market trends, support CDS, and travel up to 10% for events, with benefits and a focus on continuous process improvement within a busy automotive ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years Direct sourcing or HR Generalist with recruitment focus.
• Proven success sourcing, pipelining, selecting and closing talent.
• Knowledge of interviewing methods and online attraction.
• Ability to assess candidate competencies and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment coaching and support for hiring managers on strategies and labour-market conditions.
• Develop creative sourcing to attract active and passive candidates, including rural recruitment.
• Maintain and enhance the Applicant Tracking System and improve efficiency.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for key roles, including ads, screening, interviews, references, and offers.
• Create recruitment content for careers site, social channels, and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Represent Fountain Tire at career fairs and school events to build pipelines.
• Deliver recruitment-related training for managers and support HR team.
