Job summary

InHealth is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with leaders across the business, driving organisational design, TUPE processes, and acquisitions. You will deliver strategic HR projects that shape our future and support a culture where people thrive.

You'll own employee relations cases, coach managers on HR best practice, and analyse people data to inform decisions. A UK-based role with hybrid working options and a strong focus on personal development.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 (part or fully completed) in HR or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on change management and organisational design initiatives.
• Support TUPE, acquisitions, and integration processes.
• Own employee relations cases and provide expert guidance.
