Job summary

Laurentis Energy Partners seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with the People & Culture team in Oakville. You will advise leaders on complex employee relations, performance management, and leave processes, while supporting labour relations and workforce planning.

The role requires 8–10 years in HR, experience with unionized environments, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR management; CHRL designation is an asset. Regular, full-time employment located in the GTA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.
• 8–10 years of HR experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience in a unionized environment is highly desirable.
• CHRL designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, attendance, and disciplinary matters.
• Support unionized client groups with interpretation and application of collective agreements and grievances.
• Contribute to talent management, leave and accommodation processes, change management, and workforce planning.
• Assist with total rewards processes, job documentation, and calibration where needed.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety and other stakeholders to ensure compliant and sustainable workforce solutions.
