Job summary

Wholesome Kids Catering is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide day-to-day HR support across Ontario operations. You will partner with managers, lead employee relations, performance and attendance management, and ensure policy compliance.

The role requires experience in workplace investigations, coaching leaders, and coordinating WSIB claims and return-to-work plans while maintaining confidentiality and alignment with the HR Director.

Qualifications

• Experience leading employee relations and investigations.
• Ability to coach managers on performance & attendance.
• Knowledge of Ontario employment law and WSIB processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HRBP for managers and departments.
• Guide employee relations, attendance, conduct and policy application.
• Lead investigations; prepare documentation and recommendations.
• Coordinate WSIB claims, FAFs, RTW plans and accommodations.
• Support compliance with ESA, OHSA and OHRC requirements.
