Job summary

Wholesome Kids Catering is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide operational HR support across the organization. You will focus on employee relations, attendance management, and performance, while coordinating WSIB impacts and return‑to‑work planning.

You will collaborate with leaders to apply HR policies consistently and ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation, OHSA and related regulations, contributing to a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Experience coaching frontline supervisors and managers.
• Experience supporting attendance management and WSIB processes.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day HR partner for assigned leaders and departments.
• Lead day‑to‑day employee relations matters and investigations.
• Coach leaders on performance management and attendance.
• Coordinate WSIB reporting and return‑to‑work planning.
• Ensure policy application and compliance with ESA and OHSA.
• Support employee experience and HR process improvements.
