CMP Advanced Mechanical Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support managers and employees across HR functions in a fast-growing organization in Quebec.

You will advise on labor relations, compensation, performance management, training, coaching and engagement, and help implement HR best practices aligned with company goals. Fluent in French and English, you will partner with CMP-NY teams when needed and contribute to policy updates, onboarding, KPI analysis and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management.
• 2-3 years' relevant experience in HR management, ideally in a consulting role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal/external customers.
• Discretion, diplomacy, good judgment and ability to represent the employer well.
• Master the French and English language.

Responsibilities

• Provide managers with advice in all HR areas including labor relations, compensation, performance management, training and development, coaching and employee engagement.
• Act as change agent to support senior management, managers, and employees.
• Develop and update internal policies and procedures; ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Guide employees and managers in interpreting policies and labor laws.
• Advise managers on performance and team development.
• Contribute to a work environment promoting well-being and development.
• Support onboarding and integration for new employees with talent acquisition.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR programs and processes.
• Assist in HR projects and KPI analysis.
• Organize HR activities and CMP events.
