Job summary

Bank of Montreal (BMO) seeks a seasoned Strategy & Change professional to provide subject matter expertise across project design, development and execution. You will prepare executive-level reporting, lead governance activities, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with group goals.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in operational risk or compliance in banking/financial services

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in the design, development, management and implementation of assigned projects from business case through execution.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and materials, including presentations to supervisory agencies and external parties.
• Lead change management activities and ensure cross‑business coordination for project implementations.
• Develop governance activities related to departmental operations, records management and access control.
• Lead benchmarking activities and coordinate Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for ON.
• Advise senior leaders on strategy, priorities and roadmap for strategic execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure analytics inform business decisions.
