Qualifications

• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Broad knowledge of bank products, services, and organization.
• In-depth knowledge of wealth management/financial industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, manage and implement assigned projects from business case through execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver program results aligned with group goals.
• Act as trusted advisor to assigned business/group and influence outcomes.
• Analyze issues and risks to inform decision-making and prioritisation.
• Build change management plans including readiness, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate data governance and data integration for program initiatives.
