Qualifications

• Education/background in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience with governance, controls, and financial risk.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (SOX/FDICIA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Governance, policy, procedural documentation review.
• Update documents to align with new standards or processes, monitor updates.
• Identify efficiencies in current processes.
• Support the broader financial risk and internal controls team.
